Description
ACE-031 (ramatercept) is a recombinant dimeric fusion protein: the extracellular domain of the human activin receptor type IIB joined to the Fc region of human IgG1, 343 residues per monomer. CAS 1169766-01-1. No single molecular weight is defined because the protein is N-glycosylated and published values measure different things (monomer versus dimer, glycosylated versus not).
